Preparation Method

Baking

The prepared pretzel dough is placed in die plates to take the shape of  the pretzel mold. The peanut butter is added in between of the top and bottom die plates for the structure of the snack to take form before the baking process. The top and bottom die plates are then pressed together to form the pretzel shape. The uncooked pretzels are transported on a conveyor belt to the oven room where the dough rises and browns and pretzels are salted. Then the pretzels are then baked in the oven. After the baking process is finished, the pretzels are moved to the kiln underneath the oven to dry completely and take the final form of the snack.
