January 5, 2010 -- Lemon Chamomile scent issue We discovered a mistake with the Lemon Chamomile bars at the production facility in early December. During production, the Lime Basil fragrance was mistakenly added to the Lemon Chamomile bars. This mistake made it through Quality Control and we’ve had several customer complaints over the past few weeks. Thankfully, the problem has been addressed and corrected at our production facility and we expect to have corrected bars in stock by mid-January. If you are the recipient of one of the defective bars, forward your mailing address along with proof of purchase (photograph of product or scanned receipt) to info@e-goodhealth.com. We will credit all legitimate claims with a coupon or web store credit equal to the total value of defective bar(s) purchased. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
