Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Cleanser and the Facial Cleanser Bar?

Both of these products are designed to cleanse the face, although they do have different formulations.

What is LaraCare? Do South of France Spa Naturals Products use LaraCare?

Galactoarabinan (more commonly known by it’s industry name, LaraCare) is a polysaccharide derived from the bark of the Western Larch Tree. In an eight-week, full face, randomized, double-blind, positive-controlled use study, topical use of Galactoarabinan (LaraCare®) exhibited a nineteen percent reduction in fine lines and wrinkles of test subjects. In addition to these benefits as a stand-alone personal care ingredient, LaraCare® has also been shown to work in combination with alpha hydroxy acids (AHA’s) to increase cell turnover rate. This ingredient is listed as ‘galactoarabinan’ under each Spa Naturals product’s ingredients.

Where can I purchase South of France Spa Naturals products?

Spa Naturals products will be sold exclusively online until April, 2011, when they will become available at select retailers.
