In January, 2010, the US Food and Drug Administration declared “some concern about the potential effects of BPA on the brain, behavior and prostate gland of fetuses, infants and children.” These discoveries have led to major media coverage of the harmful effects of BPA and Phthalates, including carcinogenic traits and the ability to mimic estrogen in the body. Plastic containers made with these chemicals are known to contaminate products with which they come into contact.

When South of France® decided to make Spa Naturals, the goal was to create a safe product, right down to the container. Not Just a Pretty Package

Each component of Spa Naturals is cruelty-free, meaning that the products or packaging will never be tested on animals or contain animal by-products. We’ve carried this thoughtfulness to our labels, which are recyclable, made from 100% post consumer waste paper and printed using water-based inks. This means fewer chemcials will make their way into drinking water near you.

A More Convenient Way to Travel

Have you ever made it all the way through airport security, only to be told at the last possible second that your cosmetic containers are too large and that you can’t take them on board? If you’ve traveled in the last decade, this has probably been you at some point in time.
